The resurgence of public interest in tattooing has been contributed by the amazing artists of TV tattoo shows that show the true talent of today’s tattoo artist. This year at Hell City we are joined by many celebrity tattoo artists and musicians. They will be at Hell City tattooing and partying with those that attend.
