On average Hell City brings an attendance of 8,000, not to mention the hundreds of internationally acclaimed tattoo artists that attend to practice and learn the newest techniques of the art form. Hell City Tattoo Festival has also been featured on many national TV programs as well as having been featured on some of the biggest tattoo websites.
